Virtual Team Development Delivering Powerful Learning that's Fun

One of the things I've most enjoyed over the last 25 years is developing team building and development games that engage teams in truly unique ways. My games have been used in countries around the world in a range of ways, from team development to assessment centre activities used in recruitment.

Their great strength is, I believe, that whilst testing a whole range of critical skills and behaviours, they cause participants to forget they're in a training environment, which means we, and they, get to see real, rather than staged behaviours.

So, whilst they're having fun, I'll help teams identify what really goes on when pressure mounts, how well they problem solve as a team, how well they use all the skills and abilities available and much more, resulting in valuable learning they can use to identify personal development opportunities and, perhaps more important, systematic changes that will help the team work more effectively together to deliver consistently strong performance.

And I do this virtually, using a mixture of apps and other unique approaches to ensure real engagement and powerful learning. This makes these events perfect for remote or home-based teams.
